Behind the scenes

Behind the scenes: how we film podcasts, launch videos and founder content in San Francisco

These clips come from real FogLine Visuals shoots: video podcasts in our studio at 855 Folsom St in SoMa, podcasts and interviews at client offices around San Francisco, and launch videos for AI startups. Every session includes our crew, cameras, lighting and sound, so you arrive, sit down and talk.

Video podcasts in our SoMa studio

The studio at 855 Folsom St is set up for two-person conversations, solo talking heads and desk videos with a teleprompter. A wall of windows gives soft daylight and we add softboxes for the key light.

Founder content for SUN: one studio, many looks

Artin Bogdanov is co-founder and CEO of SUN, the a16z speedrun-backed app that turns any topic into a personal AI podcast or course. Before SUN he spent about 15 years in product design at Adobe and Walmart Labs. We film his founder videos in our SoMa studio: desk talks with a teleprompter, handheld and boom mic setups, daylight and evening looks, all in the same room.
