Camera operator filming a live event
Event Video Production · San Francisco

Event video production for San Francisco tech events.

Multi-camera coverage for conferences, panels, launches, workshops and community events—planned for the room and delivered for every channel.

  • San Francisco based
  • Multi-camera options
  • Speaker and room audio
  • Recap films + social cutdowns

Why it works

Cover the room. Build the follow-up.

A tech event is a lot of value packed into a few hours, and most of it is gone the moment it ends. Good event coverage does two jobs at once: it captures the day as it happens, and it turns that day into content you can use for weeks afterward.

We plan the shoot around your run of show, the venue and its access, the speakers you most want on camera, and the audio feeds available in the room. Then we plan backward from the outputs that are actually useful to you—a recap film, full session edits, speaker clips, and vertical cutdowns—so the coverage on the day is shaped by what you need to publish, not just what happened to be in front of a lens.

What we cover

Coverage built for how tech events run.

Keynotes + panels

Multi-camera coverage of keynotes and panel sessions, framed for the stage and screen and cut into clean full-session edits.

On-site interviews

Short interviews with speakers, sponsors, or attendees captured in a quiet corner of the venue during the program.

Event recap film

A highlight film that captures the energy of the room — the moments, people, and sessions that defined the day.

Social cutdowns

Vertical, platform-ready clips cut from the same footage for posting during and after the event.

Deliverables

Deliverables built around your event.

We agree the exact deliverables during planning and build the coverage to produce them. A typical set includes:

  • A recap / highlight film
  • Full keynote and panel edits
  • Individual speaker clips
  • On-site interviews
  • Vertical social cutdowns
  • Edited event photography — only when included in scope

Before the day

What we plan with you first.

Run of show + must-capture priorities

The schedule and the specific moments, sessions, and people that have to be on camera.

Venue access + camera positions

Load-in, where cameras can be placed, sightlines to the stage, and any house rules.

Available house audio

Whether we can take a feed from the sound board for clean speaker audio, or plan our own.

Priority speakers + interview windows

Who to prioritize and when they are free for a short on-site interview.

Deliverables, formats + deadlines

What you need, in which aspect ratios, and when — so the edit is planned before we roll.

Process

Scope → Plan → Capture → Deliver.

01

Scope

We learn the event, the goals, and the must-capture moments.

02

Plan

We map camera positions, audio, and the interview and coverage plan.

03

Capture

We cover the program on the day — sessions, interviews, and the room.

04

Deliver

We edit and deliver the recap, session edits, and cutdowns in your formats.

Turnaround, scoped to your program

Delivery timing is scoped to your program and deliverables rather than promised as a fixed date. Some events need a fast recap while the moment is live; others prioritize polished session edits after the fact. Rush work may be available when it is scheduled in advance, so tell us your timing while we are planning and we will agree a realistic delivery window before the shoot.

FAQ

Event coverage questions.

Can you record a full keynote or panel?
Yes. We cover full keynote and panel sessions with multi-camera coverage and, where possible, a clean audio feed from the house sound board, and deliver complete edited sessions.
Can you film interviews during the event?
Yes. We can capture short on-site interviews with speakers, sponsors, or attendees in a quieter part of the venue. We plan the priority speakers and interview windows with you ahead of the day.
Do you provide event photography?
Edited event photography can be included, but only when it is part of the agreed scope. If you need both photo and video, tell us up front so we can plan the coverage and crew for it.
How quickly can you deliver?
Delivery timing is scoped to your program and deliverables rather than a fixed promise. Rush work may be available when it is scheduled in advance, so if you need something live the same week, let us know while we are planning the shoot.
What information do you need before the event?
The run of show and must-capture priorities, venue access and camera positions, whether house audio is available, the priority speakers and interview windows, and your deliverables, formats, and deadlines.
