These terms govern your use of the FogLine Visuals website and our video production services. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

FogLine Visuals provides video production services including content days, social media clips, interviews, product demos, event coverage, and podcast production. All projects are scoped and quoted individually before work begins.

Quotes and Payment

All prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final pricing is determined by project scope, location, deliverables, and timeline. A detailed quote is provided and agreed upon before any work begins. Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 72 hours notice for reschedules. Cancellations within 72 hours of a scheduled shoot may incur a fee. We understand timelines shift and will always try to accommodate changes.

Revisions

All projects include two rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds can be arranged at an additional cost.

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all deliverables and associated rights are transferred to the client. FogLine Visuals retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

FogLine Visuals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
